Job Description

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Shift

Hours:

1am - 9:30am + OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Organize spice and ingredients.
• Pre-weigh and batch all ingredients as needed for production.
• Blend marinades and sauces as needed and deliver to the appropriate lines.
• Observe and enforce all CCP's as mandated by product procedures.
• Document all deviation from the procedure and the corrective action taken.
• Flexible operating schedule to be ahead of the main production process.

• Basic knowledge of math functions -, %, +, averages, etc.
• Decision making ability for the flagging of deviation from procedure.
• Weigh scale operating knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and clean up of unit.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a temperature of 50 degrees.
• Ability to learn basic operating procedures for marinades/sauce blending.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time on concrete floors.
