Product grading and packing, salvaging of chicken parts, and use of knives and small hand‑held tools.

• Product Grading and Packing – Identify and pack product into trays or bulk product codes that meet product specifications.
• Salvaging – Separate bruised, damaged, mis‑cut, or diseased chicken/chicken parts.
• Utilize knives to debone front halves.
• Perform tasks using small hand‑held tools such as knives or scissors.
• Visually inspect product and separate chicken as required.
• Perform repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling motions, torso twisting, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Rotate into all positions on the fillet line.
• Stand for prolonged periods of time (8–10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor.

$17.20 per hour

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8–10 hrs) on a concrete/metal universally floor.
• Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting, and lifting up to 35 lbs required.
• Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required.
