Certified Meat Products is your local, family-owned, USDA inspected meat processor based in the agricultural heart of California. From raw to fully-cooked, we pride ourselves in delivering a full line of Beef, Pork, Lamb and Poultry products. We specialize in producing premium ground beef, portion-controlled steaks, marinated and value-added products.

3rd shift, 7:00pm start time

As necessary

• Remove all trash and debris from the production room
• Clean and sanitize all floors and gutters using best practices
• Complete breakdown of machinery
• Clean and sanitize (using hot water) equipment and walls using best practices
• Squeegee all floors, walls, and ceilings
• Clean and organize all chemicals and tools used in cleaning and sanitizing procedure
• Adhere to all safety protocols and GMPs

• Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials
• Requires prolonged standing during work hours
• Requires stooping, kneeling, bending and reaching
• Must work in noisy and crowded environments
• Must work in and around odors

• Must comply with company dress code
• Layered clothing is advised
• Company Provided: safety goggles, water-resistant boots, trouser, gloves, and coat

Squeegee, Pressure Washer, Chemical Rinse

• Availability to work long hours and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
