3rd Shift Flexographic Die cutter Operator

Press Operator – 3rd Shift (Flexo Press), Fresno, CA

We’re looking for someone who is eager to contribute to the success of our company by producing quality flexographic label products. This role is part of our 3rd shift schedule, Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

• Operate blank and multiple color flexographic printing presses, paper die cutter, finishing slitter, rewinders, and tabletops.
• Record all job run times and footage information on daily log sheets.
• Convert master rolls of stock into small rolls on slitter rewinders and tabletop finishing machines.
• Package finished goods into boxes, label, and seal in a neat and clean fashion.
• Accurately set up and tear down production jobs based on job specification packets.
• Change out master rolls of paper to the press.
• Remove finished rolls of products from press.
• Clean out ink pans upon completion of printed jobs.
• Remove and dispose of waste rolls from printing press.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Previous flexographic printing experience is a plus.
• Technical aptitude and experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Willingness to help others on the team as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.

Salary ranges from $25.00 – $30.00 per hour.
