Position SummaryWe are seeking a Program Leader to supervise and evaluate personnel, manage multiple programs for adults with disabilities and/or Veterans, and maintain positive relationships with funding agencies, advocates, and clients in Fresno, CA. This full‑time role reports to the Regional Manager, requires a minimum of three years experience as a Case Manager or its equivalent, at least two years supervisory experience, and will travel 75% of the time.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of program services, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Provide required information and operational data to the CEO and Regional Manager in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
- Train and assist employees to perform duties in accordance with Adjoin policies and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure all staff complete required training.
- Comply with all safety standards and practices, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Assist the Director and COO in ensuring safety standards are met per CARF standards across assigned geographic areas.
- Regularly visit community sites and offices to observe interactions, training techniques, and quality of service.
- Represent Adjoin to the public by engaging in community organizations, committees, and performance initiatives.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of three years experience as a Case Manager or equivalent, and at least two years supervisory experience.
- Relevant experience managing multiple programs and services for adults with disabilities and/or Veterans.
- Successful completion of drug screen and background check.
- Computer literacy mandatory (MS Office) and capability to maintain well‑organized records and files.
- Ability to travel within and throughout the counties where services are provided, a minimum of 75% of the time and quarterly state travel as required.
- Excellent staff development skills.
- Appropriate and professional dress expected.
- Effective decision‑making, leadership, and professional communication.
