• Maintain full responsibility for all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, manage attendance punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and overall profitability.

• Judgment, accurate math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to process orders by phone and in person.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements with speed.
• Keyboard or touchscreen proficiency for order entry.
• Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area, including adverse terrain.
• Ability to handle stocking, equipment operation, and cleaning duties.
• Adaptability to varying weather conditions when removing trash, delivering products, and driving.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above. Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and mechanical parts.
