** What you'll be doing as a Groundskeeper:*
* + This Groundskeeper position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of a multi-family apartment community in Fresno, CA!

+ Enhance our community - You'll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property

+ On-the-job training will be provided as needed

+ Build rapport with customers - You'll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes

+ Respond to service requests - You'll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction

+ Notice the details - You'll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Excellent Customer Service

+ At least 1 year of proven and current work experience

+ Reliable and committed to maintaining our community's appearance

+ Attention to detail

+ Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Punctual and team player

+ Available to work M-F 8am-5pm = 40 hours per week

+ Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions

+ Valid Driver License

+ Background check and drug screening required
