Field Technician – Papé Group, Fresno, CA

As a Field Technician, you will work on material handling equipment at customer locations to ensure peak performance and maximize uptime. You will travel the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, perform top‑notch work, interact with customers, and be the reliable point of contact to get the job done right.

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry.
• Moderate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with laptop‑based diagnostic equipment.
• Self‑motivation.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer‑relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must provide own tools.

Compensation: $34.48–51.72 per hour (depending on experience)
