Job Description
Experienced Family Law Paralegal (3+ years of experience required)
Qualifications- Paralegal certificate required;
- General family law experience;
- Some civil litigation experience preferred;
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
- A firm understanding of family law procedures.
- Meet with clients to review and obtain documents;
- Prepare pleadings;
- Review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data;
- Work independently to include keeping attorneys regularly updated on file progress;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Pleasant and professional demeanor.
