Job Description
We are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities- Must have experience with USCIS applications.
- 1-2 years of immigration experience handling.
- Family-based petitions (I130, I485, DS260, I864, 6018, etc.).
- 2 years immigration court experience handling both Master and Individual hearings.
- Proficient knowledge and experienced handling cases before EOIR such as Asylum, 42B, 42A, Motions, eservice, and Adjustment of status.
- Calendaring, filing applications, and knowledge of EOIR court system.
- Waivers.
- U-visa/VAWA.
- Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field.
- Familiarity with legal research.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
