Duties

• Advise clients on legal rights and draft relevant legal documents.

• Manage court appearances, draft motions, and conduct legal research.
• Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents.
• Gather evidence to support client cases or counter prosecution charges.
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather supporting information from witnesses and experts.

Requirements

• Interest in Criminal Defense law demonstrated through clinics, volunteer work, or internships.
• Active bar admission or awaiting admission.

• Experience with case management software preferred.
