Overview

Modern Legal PC is a civil litigation firm, focusing on real estate and business law, owned and operated by SJCL alumni with an opening for an in-office Law Clerk. The position is paid and qualifies for clinical units for those students seeking to fulfill elective requirements.

The position will work one-on-one with the attorney and gain invaluable civil litigation experience. The Firm is open to participating in the Certified Law Student program for qualified candidates at the attorney’s discretion. The position is in-office, during business hours with consistently kept hours from week-to-week. However, scheduling will be flexible to accommodate the candidate’s classes, final examinations, and study hours.
