Weakley & Arendt, PC is searching for a full‑time attorney. Experience with civil litigation is a plus.
Job Responsibilities- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct online research.
- Possess strong and persuasive legal writing skills and oral advocacy skills.
- Prepare trial documents including trial briefs and motions in limine.
- Provide written recommendations and case analysis for appropriate file handling strategy.
- Assist in trial preparation and trial.
