• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry
• Active Property & Casualty producer license

  360, Applied, Vertafore) and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook

• Oversee end-to-end policy renewals, leveraging market intelligence to negotiate terms and deliver optimal client outcomes.
• Handle essential policy transactions, including processing endorsements, binding coverage, and ensuring compliance through certificates and audits.
• Serve as the go-to resource for strategic coverage advice and complex problem-solving.
• Ensure critical account data is accurately recorded in the agency management system.
