- Proven Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager experience (managing a diverse book of general commercial accounts)
- Certification: Active Property & Casualty License

Exceptional working knowledge of complex insurance terminology, concepts, and commercial coverages. - Technology: Proficiency in AMS 360 preferred/not required, Microsoft Office, and related Agency Management Systems.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and producers, providing strategic counsel on their complex commercial insurance needs.
- Assume full accountability for all key policy activities, including processing binder requests, endorsements, policy issuance, and generating critical certificates.
- Verify and safeguard all critical client data (premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, etc.), ensuring meticulous file documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
- Deliver knowledgeable and proactive solutions regarding product, pricing, and availability, translating complex information into clear, quantifiable client value.
- Effectively collaborate with internal departments to ensure the prompt and complete delivery of solutions that consistently satisfy customer needs.
- Build and maintain deep client relationships by operating as a trusted advisor, fostering an environment of high-level trust, and securing long-term partnerships.
