Endpoint Solutions Engineer

Description

• Endpoint Solutions Engineer III helps shape and support enterprise endpoint standards that keep our teams connected, secure and operating efficiently.
• Lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise endpoint technologies - including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals - to ensure systemwide performance and security.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical expertise while mentoring team members and supporting the resolution of complex endpoint issues.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable and secure endpoint solutions.
• Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and standards that enhance endpoint architecture, lifecycle management and user experience across the organization.
• This position will support various desktop environment systems such as VMWare/Omnissa Horizon, Microsoft Configuration Manager, InTune, M365, and Imprivata.

• 4 years of information technology experience in a large enterprise environment required.
• Experience in designing, implementing and supporting endpoint solutions in an enterprise environment required.
• Experience in Project Management required.
• Enterprise-level experience in SCCM, including:
  • Packaging Applications and deploying them.
  • Building Windows Images for new hardware.
  • Managing Software and Hardware Lifecycle within the environment.
• Work experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferred.
• Enterprise-level experience managing large environments (specifically, ~9,000+ physical Windows workstations).

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirements.
