IT Support Specialist – Help Desk & Troubleshooting

Requirements

• Strong communication abilities and team collaboration skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows Operating systems
• Solid understanding of desktop support, network management, VLANS, VPNs, and firewalls
• Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Server+ certification is advantageous

• Deliver technical assistance to end-users facing various IT challenges
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
• Oversee user account management, permissions, and access controls
• Set up, configure, and uphold computer systems and software
• Work alongside the team to tackle complex technical problems
• Record and document technical workflows and procedures

We are excited to offer a starting pay of $25 per hour, with compensation based on experience. We are looking to bring on a support technician who will furnish both remote and on-site support for our clients.
