Position Title
ANALYST II - EEO Coordinator (Hybrid Telework)
About the RoleThe California Department of State Hospitals is seeking an Analyst II to serve as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Coordinator assigned to a hospital. The incumbent will work under the direction of the Staff Service Manager I and the Chief, Office of Human Rights.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate reasonable and religious accommodation requests.
- Conduct discrimination complaint intake, processing, and tracking of EEO inquiries.
- Coordinate and conduct EEO training for staff, supervisors, and managers.
- Provide EEO guidance and consultation to senior leadership, including the Executive Director.
- Manage special projects related to EEO initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state EEO regulations.
