The Person nel Services Department is currently recruiting for a Senior HR/Risk Analyst
. Incumbents in this classification perform a variety of advanced and complex analytical assignments, which require extensive technical knowledge, initiative, discretion, and judgment. Senior HR/Risk Analysts serve as a professional advisor in the assigned area of responsibility, and participate in the development, administration, and coordination of program strategies.

Job RequirementsPossession of a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and three years of professional personnel experience, or two years as a Human Resources or Risk Analyst with the City of Fresno. Additional experience may substitute for education. Candidates must attach proof of degree or transcripts and hold a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
