Responsibilities:
The Manager of Quality for Post-Acute Services oversees quality, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness across home health, skilled nursing, and the behavioral health center. This role ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, drives clinical excellence, and supports interdisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Ensures work product of all departments meets regulatory compliance and outcomes set by the annual Quality Plan and Business Plan.

Qualifications:

Education
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing (BSN) within 2 years of hire or transfer into positions required
• Master's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred Experience
• 3 years of experience in post-acute care (home health, hospice, or skilled nursing) required
• Demonstrated experience working with CMS quality programs, including MDS, OASIS, Payroll Based Journal, Quality Measures, and the CMS Five Start Quality Rating System required
• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare required Licenses and Certifications
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required Disclaimers:
