Compensation

and Benefits
  • Pay: $20-$40 per hour
  • Base pay: $20-$25 per hour
  • Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses (averaging roughly $12 per hour)
  • Up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses (averaging roughly $4 per hour)

Role Overview

The Care Coordinator is patient-focused and dedicated to ensuring patients have a seamless experience while in the office. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling various administrative tasks, and actively gathering patient feedback through reviews.

A Day In The Life
  • Morning routine:
    Prepare the office for the day, attend the morning huddle, review the day's schedule and priorities, and prepare for special requests or concerns.
  • Patient interactions:
    Greet patients warmly, schedule and reschedule appointments to ensure optimal patient flow.
  • Billing and payments:
    Process payments, answer billing questions, address concerns.
  • Administrative support:
    Handle filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Patient engagement:
    Seek patient feedback and encourage online reviews; explain treatment plans, procedures, and financing options.
  • Team collaboration:
    Participate in daily huddles and work with doctors, dental assistants, and sales consultants.
  • End-of-day tasks:
    Review the schedule for the next day, prepare accordingly, and ensure the office is ready for the next day.
