Job Summary

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Horizon Health and Subacute Center, Fresno, CA. Salary $32–$36 per hour. All shifts available. Full‑time position.

The Horizon Health and Subacute Center is a 180‑bed skilled nursing facility specializing in short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term care. We are looking for a caring, compassionate LVN to join our team of professionals who provide high quality service to our residents.
