When you join us as a Strategic Initiatives Workflow Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Will:
- Provide support by developing expertise in the following areas: SSRS forms, Digital Forms, policies, and system functionality.
- Participate in and/or lead various projects as identified by the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager; projects may have an impact on a single site or be company wide.
- Assist with the day-to-day established projects and support team members, as needed.
- Support and work closely with Contact Center Leadership, Clinical Operations Team, Regional and Site Operations Management.
- Identify inefficiencies and/or improvement opportunities in existing workflows, policies, and processes.
- Provide solutions to problems by using knowledge of systems, existing workflows and company goals.

- Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
- Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred - Proven track record of working independently
- Proven track record of effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines
- Proven track record of taking on challenging projects with little direction
- Requires excellent communication and presentation skills
- Requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Requires the ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management is essential.
