*** Provide direct daily care to residents based on individual care plans
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals
* Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse promptly
* Report any incidents or accidents during your shift
* Protect residents' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of health information
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in resident areas
* Work within a
** 4-on, 2-off rotation

** Requirements:**
* ** Valid California CNA license** (required)
* Must pass pre-employment background check and physical
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
