LICENSING PROGRAM MANAGER I

Hybrid. Job Type: Permanent Full Time.
$7,416.00 - $9,213.00. New to State candidates will be paid the minimum salary for the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.
Job Description and DutiesThe LPM I supervises a unit of Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) and assists office supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Assign licensing responsibilities to LPAs and provide direction and technical assistance.
- Monitors and evaluates LPA performance.
- Reviews staff work to ensure conformity with policies and procedures.
- Holds informal hearings with facility operators; provides consultation and directions.
- Leads or participates in special projects or task forces related to organizational or regulatory changes.
- Background investigation must be cleared prior to hire.
