BCBA; Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Fresno, CA

Overview

Join Go Behavioral, a mission-driven ABA provider committed to delivering life-changing services with empathy, innovation, and clinical excellence. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Fresno team.

• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, etc.) to evaluate developmental needs and behavior functions
• Design and implement personalized ABA treatment plans targeting communication, social skills, independence, and behavior management
• Supervise and support RBTs and BTs through observations, coaching, and performance feedback
• Engage families with consistent communication and individualized parent training
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech, OT, and educational professionals
• Monitor progress using real-time data and adjust programming to ensure goal achievement
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards
• Contribute to team meetings, case reviews, and staff development initiatives

• Certified BCBA in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Strong clinical, supervision, and communication skills
• Passion for innovation and family-centered care
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required

  Fresno, CA (in-home, school, and clinic-based)
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible full-time
• Salary: $85,000 – $120,000/year (DOE)
• Bonus Structure:
  Monthly performance-based bonuses + annual retention bonus
