Overview
Join Go Behavioral, a mission-driven ABA provider committed to delivering life-changing services with empathy, innovation, and clinical excellence. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Fresno team.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, etc.) to evaluate developmental needs and behavior functions
- Design and implement personalized ABA treatment plans targeting communication, social skills, independence, and behavior management
- Supervise and support RBTs and BTs through observations, coaching, and performance feedback
- Engage families with consistent communication and individualized parent training
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech, OT, and educational professionals
- Monitor progress using real-time data and adjust programming to ensure goal achievement
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards
- Contribute to team meetings, case reviews, and staff development initiatives
- Certified BCBA in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical, supervision, and communication skills
- Passion for innovation and family-centered care
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Location:
Fresno, CA (in-home, school, and clinic-based) - Schedule:
Flexible full-time - Salary: $85,000 – $120,000/year (DOE)
