With continued client growth, we are adding a Financial Advisor to our Fresno, CA office to support an established planning practice and deliver consistent, high-quality advice to retirement-focused clients.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission (% ) + Performance Bonuses

Position Summary

The Financial Advisor will lead client discovery and planning meetings, develop recommendations across investments and protection planning, and maintain ongoing client relationships through review and service meetings. This role is ideal for an advisor who values a structured planning process, consultative selling, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client discovery and retirement planning meetings to identify goals, timelines, and priorities
  • Develop and present recommendations covering retirement income strategy, investment planning, and risk/protection planning
  • Provide clear, compliant guidance and follow a consistent planning process to ensure a repeatable client experience
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-up, service, and review meetings
  • Coordinate with internal team members to support implementation and ongoing client needs
Required Qualifications
  • Active Life & Health Insurance license and Series 65 or 66 (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to close business and advance planning recommendations to implementation
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and follow-through
  • Experience meeting with clients in a financial planning, retirement planning, or advisory capacity (strongly preferred)
