PGIM 2026 Real Estate Summer Investment Analyst Program (Agriculture)
PGIM Real Estate, a business of PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, offers a 10‑week summer internship that provides the opportunity to work on impactful projects in both debt and equity within the agricultural sector.
Locations:
Fresno, CA;
Orlando, FL (Hybrid). This position is only available in the listed locations.
Program dates:
Monday, June 1 – Friday, August 7, 2026.
Final date to receive applications:
Friday, January 30, 2026 (rolling review; may close earlier).
You will perform financial modeling and analysis of potential agriculture transactions, support senior team members, and interact with senior management, originators, borrowers, brokers, and investors. You will work in both debt and equity divisions of PAI, evaluating prospective agricultural properties, conducting market research, and providing analytical support for investment committee approvals.
Responsibilities (at a glance)- Conduct financial modeling to evaluate new investment opportunities across various agricultural commodities and regions.
- Underwrite and analyze asset management decisions, including acquisitions, financing, and property valuations.
- Evaluate capital development projects for farmland properties.
- Support assignments such as market research, property operating statement reviews, cash‑flow modeling, valuation, borrower credit review, and preparation of farmland investment recommendations and loan briefs.
- Assist with operation and reporting activities.
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects evaluating agricultural technologies.
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor’s program, graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Valid U.S. employment authorization (no visa sponsorship).
- Finance, Economics, or Real‑Estate major (preferred but not required).
- Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability.
- Understanding of real estate and finance concepts (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
