ZINC Financial, a leading direct private money lender headquartered in Fresno, CA, is expanding our Operations team and seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support our continued growth across Fix & Flip, Bridge, DSCR, and Ground‑Up Construction loan programs.

As a Loan Processor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless borrower experience—bridging the gap between our Account Executives, Underwriters, and Funding Department to deliver speed, accuracy, and confidence in every deal we close.

Key Responsibilities- Process a high volume of Fix & Flip, DSCR, and Bridge loans from initial submission through funding.
- Review and verify all loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with ZINC guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with borrowers, Account Executives, and Underwriters to ensure timely receipt of all required documents.
- Prepare files for underwriting, ensuring that all conditions are clearly identified and resolved prior to closing.
- Collaborate with Title, Escrow, and Insurance partners to coordinate closings and ensure funding timelines are met.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records within Liquid Logics (LL) Nova LOS and Hub Spot CRM
, ensuring data integrity and smooth pipeline tracking. - Provide exceptional customer service and proactive updates throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Assist in process improvements and help shape scalable workflows as the department continues to expand.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in mortgage or private lending loan processing (Bridge, Fix & Flip, DSCR preferred).
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, title, escrow, and funding procedures.
- Familiarity with Liquid Logics LOS, Hub Spot, or similar CRM & LOS platforms highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active files in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail‑oriented, proactive mindset.
- Ability to work onsite in our Fresno, CA headquarters as part of a collaborative and performance‑driven team.
