Temp-to-hire project engineer position. Direct hire available for exceptional candidates.
Position Details- Title: Project Engineer
- Reports to: Pre-Construction Manager
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
- Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time
- Work Location: On-site
- Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour, DOE
Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all submittals, documentation, coordination, and materials for all projects are completed in an organized, timely and efficient manner. The candidate must have excellent customer service and represent core values in all execution of their job.

Associate degree (A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills- AutoCAD skills – navigate and understand commands to produce shop drawings.
Ability to navigate computer programs, files, and the internet efficiently and effectively.
Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret project specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts, such as converting fractions, measuring area, circumference, and volume; apply basic algebra and geometry; read and understand a tape measure.
Reasoning AbilitiesAbility to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization; interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Compensation / Pay RateUp to $22.00 – $28.00 per hour.
