Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects and client requests, ensuring they are completed within the agreed timeframe and meet quality standards.
  • Assist with prioritizing, answering queries, managing deadlines, and resolving issues during the bid process.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project setup upon award, including preconstruction meetings and activities.
  • Work with tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure necessary project materials and supplies.
  • Prepare, review, and return submittals for items to be manufactured or provided.
  • Collaborate and work with Field Managers to develop, track, and manage project schedules, including milestones and timelines.
  • Regularly communicate progress updates to clients.
  • Understand the details of the Contract with the Owner and ensure Field Managers comprehend those aspects in executing the job.
  • Ensure necessary permits are obtained for the project.
  • Finalize scope and pricing to generate purchase orders and Sub-contracts.
  • Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage them effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with General Contractors (GC).
  • Ensure that construction projects are successfully completed.
  • Travel when needed to project sites within MSA.
    • Minimum Requirements
  • Must have a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have 1 year of work experience in Construction Management, Project Management, or related.
  • Must have experience with cost estimating and proposal generation, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, budget, and scheduling, creating CPM schedules, overseeing bid submittal processes, RFI, billing, change orders, and Hilti total station.
  • Required software:
    AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Planswift, Primavera, MS Office, and MS Excel.
  • Must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.

    Salary: $93,018.00 to $ per year. 40 hrs/wk, M-F, 7:00 a.m.
