Transportation/Bridge Project Manager (US West)

Join GHD as a Project Manager – Transportation/Bridges. This role focuses on managing and designing transportation projects, developing sales and marketing materials, and collaborating with multidisciplinary and global teams across the US West region. The position can be located in any GHD office in California.

The role operates in a hybrid model with office presence three days per week, combining collaboration and flexibility.

• Management & Design of exciting transportation projects.
• Development of sales & marketing proposals and materials.
• Leadership of regional transportation growth strategy.
• Project management of a portfolio of projects, reporting to senior colleagues.
• Client & customer management, building important client relationships.
• Identify and implement improvements and innovations within business practices.
• Drive a culture of innovation through collaborative initiatives.
• Design engineering solutions and validation processes.
• Establish engineering standards, specifications, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop knowledge management processes and share best practices.
• Recommend technical developments to improve related platforms.
• Provide professional supervision and support practitioner development.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and address safety and environmental compliance.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the State of California required.
