Position: Lead Associate, Early Education, Northern California (P2)

Overview

Save the Children For over 100 years, Save the Children has fought for the rights of children: a healthy start in life, access to education, and a safe environment. We work in many of the world’s hardest-to-reach places—across 100+ countries, including the U.S. When you join Save the Children, you contribute to positive, lasting change for children.

The Role

Save the Children is committed to ensuring that all children in rural America have a healthy, strong foundation to thrive as learners and in life. Our cradle-to-career focus is on the early years (birth through elementary school) to increase kindergarten readiness and grade-level literacy and math proficiency in under-resourced rural communities.

We are seeking a Lead Associate, Early Education based in Northern California. You will ensure programs are implemented effectively to achieve results for prenatal to age five. Working on-site and remotely, you will provide training, technical assistance, and management support to a portfolio of program partners, overseeing program implementation, monitoring, and evaluation at assigned partner sites. You will report to the Assistant State Director and collaborate with state and national colleagues to improve our programmatic work across the state.
