Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking Per Diem physicians to work at our Urgent Care location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of our growing service lines in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About Us
The Community Health System is a locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare network based in Fresno, California. It is the region's largest healthcare provider and private employer. We operate a physician residency program with the University of California, San Francisco. Our facilities include the only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. We serve as the area's "safety net provider," offering extensive uncompensated services and programs.

ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities
Education: MD or DO required.
Licenses and Certifications: Must be eligible for medical licensure in California.
