Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking Per Diem physicians to work at our Urgent Care location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of our growing service lines in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About Us

The Community Health System is a locally owned, not-for-profit healthcare network based in Fresno, California. It is the region's largest healthcare provider and private employer. We operate a physician residency program with the University of California, San Francisco. Our facilities include the only Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive burn center between Los Angeles and Sacramento. Responsibilities

Accountabilities

  • Deliver a high standard of medical care to community members.
  • Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Develop and implement care models supporting wellness for patients and staff.
  • Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for patients.
  • Communicate treatment plans effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
  • Assist and advise staff on challenging cases as needed.
  • Refer patients to specialists or other practices when appropriate.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Education: MD or DO required.

    Licenses and Certifications: Must be eligible for medical licensure in California.
