Overview
Position: UCSF Fresno & Inspire Health - Academic General OB/GYN Opportunity.
Position descriptionUCSF Fresno and Central California Faculty Medical Group (CCFMG), dba Inspire Health, are recruiting for an academic general OB/GYN faculty member, with options for a hospitalist role with 15 10/12-hour shifts per month, or an outpatient only role. Depending on the desired position, responsibilities will include patient care at the main teaching hospital, teaching and supervising students and residents, seeing patients at an ambulatory facility and research and quality improvement appropriate to professional training, capabilities, and career goals.
Salary and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications. Administrative/leadership opportunities are available.
Qualifications: At the time of hire, the applicant must have:
- Successfully completed ACGME/AOA accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ob/Gyn.
- Eligible to obtain a California Medical License or already be licensed in the State of California.
Preferred
Qualification:
- Proficiency in bilingualism, particularly Spanish and Hmong.
Responsibilities: At a minimum, the responsibility of this position includes:
- Service to UCSF Fresno and Inspire Health in areas of patient care, teaching and supervision, and research appropriate to their professional training, capabilities, and career goals.
