About the Role
As a Urologist at the Fresno VA, you ll provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient and outpatient consultations, surgeries, and treatments. You ll work closely with a skilled team of professionals, leveraging advanced equipment to deliver high-quality care. Additionally, opportunities for teaching and research are available through our academic affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

Compensation and Incentives
• Starting Salary: $335,000 to $365,000 annually.
• Recruitment Incentives:
Eligible candidates may receive additional incentives.
• Performance Bonus:
Up to $15,000 annually based on quality and productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered in certain circumstances).

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.

• Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
