Compensation:$250,000 " $317,000 base salary + $50,000 annual bonus (for 2 years) + monthly and quarterly incentives

This unique role allows you to balance patient care with physician leadership responsibilities, including mentoring staff, improving clinic operations, and supporting patient-centered excellence.
Physicians in this role spend most of their time in clinical care while dedicating a portion to leadership and quality improvement initiatives"ideal for physicians who enjoy both practicing medicine and shaping the future of care delivery.

Highly competitive salary:$250,000"$317,000 (based on experience)
Annual bonus:$50,000 for 2 years
Incentives:Monthly RVU and quarterly quality bonuses + director stipend

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care with a focus on quality and efficiency
Lead and mentor a team of clinicians and support staff
Drive clinic performance and continuous improvement
Collaborate with therapists and specialists for optimal outcomes
Maintain connections with patients, colleagues, and community partners
Balance clinical and administrative duties to create an outstanding care environment
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted medical license (CA)
DEA license (required prior to start)
Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS/AOA-recognized specialty preferred)
Eligible for Medicare participation
FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
