Urogynecologist - UGSC

Urogynecology Specialty Center (UGSC) in Fresno, CA is seeking an additional board certified/board eligible Urogynecologist to join our growing private practice.

Candidate would be busy immediately with access to all UGSC patients and incoming referrals. With 6 practicing providers, we are currently the largest and most exclusive Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) private practice in Central Valley, California. This candidate will provide clinical services in the evaluation and treatment of urogynecologic disorders only, no obstetrics.

• Residency in Urology or Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN or Urology and URPS
• Successfully completed an URPS Fellowship
• Eligible to obtain a California Medical License or already be licensed in the State of California

• Six Providers:
  • 2 Urogynecologists
  • 1 MIGS
  • 1 Gynecologist
  • 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Support and Mentorship:
  • Immediate and long‑term support with mentorship and training to enhance your skills
  • Close collaboration and support with Colorectal and Gyn‑Onc practices
• Two Offices:
  • 7050 N. Recreation Ave, Suite #105, Fresno, CA 93720
  • 7095 N. Chestnut Ave, Suite #102, Fresno, CA 93720
• Ancillary Services:
  • 2 Urodynamic machines
  • 2 Urostyms (Pelvic Floor Muscle Therapy)
• Excellent Staff:
  • 1 RN, 2 LVN’s
• Busy Practice:
  • 60-90 referrals per week.
  • UGSC urogynecology robotic procedures performed is the top 5% of all U.S accounts (2022‑current)
  • Access to 5 robots (3 at Community Regional Medical Center, 2 es Medical Center)
• Teaching Opportunities:
  • Home to UCSF‑Fresno OB/GYN Residency program with opportunities to teach if desired, but not required.

• Competitive Base Compensation ($250,000‑$400,000) based on experience and entry level with productivity bonus and potential for partnership
