We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our growing team. This role will provide technical support across a variety of landscape architecture and civil/site development projects, including parks, recreation facilities, landscape and lighting plans.

- Assist in all phases of landscape and lighting plan design, including park and recreation projects
- Prepare specifications, construction plan details, and develop project documentation
- Develop and modify plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate project setup, progress tracking, and detailing
- Review and schedule work for CADD Operators; perform CADD work as needed
- Maintain awareness of deadlines, budgets, and project milestones
- Coordinate submissions to local and regulatory agencies
- Prepare graphic presentations, renderings, and exhibits
- Conduct plant material counts, identification, and inventories
- Prepare cost estimates and perform landscape construction observation when required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture
- 2–4 years of experience in Civil/Site Development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Land F/X, Lumion
- Strong knowledge of plant materials and vegetation inventories
- Skilled in graphic presentations and visual communication
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- GPS/GIS experience is a plus
- Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of project management methods, scheduling, budgeting, and proposal writing
- Highly organized, dependable, and motivated to continuously improve processes
- A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work
