Associate Dentist

Overview

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team 2 to 3 days a week! Private family practice committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly and compassionate environment. • Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses for patients.
• Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, implant restorations, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.

• Doctor of Dental (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Valid State of California DDS/DMD license
• Proficiency in infection control protocols
• Experience in dental imaging and interpreting results
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring during procedures. Oral conscious sedation license a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients effectively
• Preferred experience in endodontics and oral surgery. Implant placement a plus.

Competitive compensation structure:
Daily Base Salary or % of Production, whichever is greater. Flexible schedule options. Supportive and team-oriented work environment.
