Job OverviewNuvia Dental Implant Center is looking for a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our team in Fresno, CA. The role focuses on delivering permanent dental implants within 24 hours using cutting‑edge technology and processes. You will work alongside restorative doctors, mentors, and collaborators in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
CompensationSalary range: $500,000 – $1,000,000+ per year, plus per‑arch rate incentives, steady case volume, and a volume‑based bonus structure.

- Collaboration with an internal network of other surgeons for peer review and mentorship
- 2+ consecutive days per week (minimum Monday‑Thursday, 7 am start)
- 1099 contractor position
- Graduation from a U.S. accredited four‑year dental school (DDS/DMD)
- Post‑graduate training in a U.S. oral surgery program with a certificate to practice Oral Surgery
- Unrestricted, active dental license in the state of operation
- DEA registration
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
- Experience with All‑On‑X procedures
- Perform dental implant surgery, including tooth extraction and alveolectomy as needed
- Collaborate closely with restorative doctors for treatment planning to achieve optimal outcomes
- Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive treatment plans to patients
- Comply with center policies, safety protocols, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines
- Punctual arrival for surgical preparation
- Review patients’ health history, radiographs, and treatment plans
- Conduct surgeries in a team setting
- Dictate comprehensive clinical notes
- Collaborate with the team on upcoming cases
