Clear Choice is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon part-time (1–2 days/week) to place dental implants for patients wanting “All‑on‑X” solutions. Work as a 1099 independent contractor with no overhead and no non‑competes.

Engage in a high‑volume practice, performing 3 or more arches per day, with comprehensive training, a skilled surgical team, CRNA support, and a Prosthodontist collaborator. You will handle business aspects through management support, letting you focus on patients and surgeries.

• Perform dental implant surgery, including extractions and alveolectomy as needed.
• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services; a CRNA is provided where required.
• Collaborate closely with a Prosthodontist to plan cases for best outcomes.
• Adhere to office policies, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.

• Graduate of a U.S. accredited 4‑year dental school (DMD/DDS).
• Post‑graduate U.S. oral surgery program with surgical certificate.
• Experience with the AO4 procedure.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check.

$20,000–$40,000 per month (1099 contract). Excellent compensation paid on production in a very high‑volume practice. No overhead, no non‑competes.
