Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Fresno, CA, for a Client Services Associate specializing in Employee Benefits and Retirement Plans. Key responsibilities include assisting Spanish speaking clients with inquiries, providing exceptional customer and client support, daily data entry into various insurance vendor sites, and working closely with clients to ensure their insurance claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong Client Services and Customer Support skills to effectively assist and maintain communication with clients.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities for creating a positive client experience and addressing inquiries with precision.
  • Able to communicate verbally and electronically proficiently in Spanish and English
  • Understanding of insurance principles to support clients in navigating their benefit and retirement planning needs.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a claims processing or client services role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an asset.
