QualificationsTraining Program: Trainees will be full-time for 3 weeks during training, then revert to part-time until the end of the temporary assignment. We offer additional hours as business needs dictate and space is available. The call center is open Monday through Friday until 7 pm. Training hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm for 3 weeks, followed by a shift of 1:30 pm to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.
Experience and Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or fast food, PC skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Language Requirements: Call center requires bilingual skills in any of the following languages: [list of languages needed].
