- Visit dealerships to assess and improve service operations.
- Support and train staff on complex vehicle diagnostics.
- Resolve technical issues with engineering teams.
- Evaluate customer buyback vehicles and manage related documentation.
- Serve as an expert witness in Lemon Law and warranty cases.
- Develop action plans for better service and happier customers.
- Promote best practices and service department achievement across locations.
- Review warranty and goodwill claims.
- Have 4+ years of technical experience (automotive) and 2+ years in DTS/TECH LINE or similar leadership.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
- ASE Master Status is preferred.
- Know your way around automotive, mechanical, and electronic systems.
- Communicate clearly, manage tasks well, and excel in a virtual office setup.
- Embrace diverse ideas and put customer needs first.
- Meet MVR requirements and can travel for day or overnight trips.
