** Lube Technician
** to join our busy and growing service team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and looking to start or grow your career in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

* What You Will Do:

*** Perform oil and filter changes
* Rotate tires and inspect tire condition
* Check and top off fluids
* Conduct basic vehicle inspections
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure quality service
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Previous lube or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to follow safety procedures and dealership standards
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented attitude

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 – $41.45.This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term/long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity.
