I’m looking to bring on a
part-time assistant
to support my growing real estate business behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, dependable, and proactive, someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly and takes pride in supporting a high level of service.

What You’ll Help With:
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Transaction and detail support
  • Social media posting and content assistance
  • Lead generation support and follow-up tasks
  • Client, vendor, and team communication
  • Running errands and supporting client/team events as needed
  • Creative projects and day-to-day business support
Who I’m Looking For:
  • Extremely reliable and responsible

  • Organized, task-oriented, and detail-focused
  • A proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly
  • Comfortable in both professional and social settings

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid California driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Availability of 10–15 hours per week to start,
    with a planned transition to approximately 20 hours per week over time
  • Available to enter into a 6-month agreement, with performance and fit evaluation on a month-to-month basis
  • Real estate license preferred, but not required for the right candidate

Hourly, paid position.

Hiring Process:
  • Completion of a short questionnaire
  • Interview with myself and my broker/office administrator
  • Compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and overall fit.

This is a part-time, on-site Real Estate Assistant role based in Fresno, CA.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of Real Estate practices and processes; experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage schedules, records, and appointments efficiently
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or administration are advantageous
