Adecco Staffing is currently hiring a Part-Time Production Administrative Assistant in Fresno, CA, starting at $19.00 per hour and working approximately 30 hours per week. This role supports daily production and warehouse operations by providing administrative and clerical assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the production and warehouse teams
  • Maintain and update production reports, logs, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding production schedules and updates
  • Support inventory tracking and basic reporting
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience required
  • Previous administrative experience in a warehouse or production setting highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Pay Details

$19.00 per hour
