Accounting Specialist
Pay: $23–$27 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and ensuring financial records are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support the accounting team with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Experience with AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
