Senior Accountant

• Manage and execute the month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with internal and external audits, including audit schedules and documentation
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
